Yaletown Penthouse

The floor to ceiling windows set the stage for the Yaletown penthouse transformation. The elimination of the 3rd bedroom allowed for a more flexible, open floor plan in line with our clients’ needs. We opened the kitchen right up and increased the ceiling height to accommodate the over-height custom cabinetry made by Paradigm Kitchen Design in Vancouver. The grand chandelier in the living space creates an exquisite focal point leading one out to the views beyond all the windows. The minimal lines of the large scale furnishings combined with a punch of colour on the floor and accents ground the room and make it sophisticated but cozy.
