Townley – the “good luck” house

This new construction project comes complete with a lucky loonie embedded in the south-west corner of the concrete foundations of the house giving it the name the “good luck” house. The transitional design was kept light and bright to appeal to a broader market. Built by European craftsmen, there was no compromise to the quality that went into this spec home. The main kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, appliances from Wolf Sub Zero, and the master ensuite is fully equipped with a bubble jet deck mounted tub, walk-in steam shower, and Kohler fixtures throughout including Edge Watersense rain shower head and heated bidet
seat. The mosaic accents and lighting used throughout add a touch of elegance to every room.
